When I moved to Orange County in 1998, I had no idea what the housing market was like. Then I met you, thank goodness. You showed me many properties in my price range. I decided on one, and you helped me with the offer and getting loan documents finalized and approved. You really smoothed the way for my first home in Southern California! Later when I sold that home, you handled the sale. Naturally, I ran to you when I decided to move closer to my son and his family. We drove around many times looking for affordable homes, because we were now in a more expensive area. You were so on top of things……we had about exhausted the area we were looking in when you saw a home for sale that had been listed just that morning. When we went to look at it, it was exactly what I wanted. I was so smitten with it that I called my son and asked him to come and look at it too. He agreed it was a great home, so you put in the offer for me. If you had not been checking the listings that morning, someone else could have bought it before I did. This was 5 years ago. I am still in the house, and I still love it just as much if not more! Bob, you know without question that any other real estate transaction I need to be involved in, you will be my agent.
