Bob Koop, Jr. has more than 40 years of experience as a Licensed Realtor.  He is Director of Sales for “Tekoop” Properties, Inc. in Southern California Area, which in Dutch translates to: “For Sale.” Bob is currently a Real Estate Sales Agent at Tekoop Properties, Inc.  Bob holds many sales achievement awards from his notable Real Estate career working at Re/Max, Harcourt’s International, Altera Real Estate and Evergreen Real Estate.

Having lived in Corona del Mar and Newport Beach all of his life, Bob is a Newport Beach native.  Bob has been married to Sandra Koop for over 33 years and has two daughters, Sophia and Vanessa and a son-in-law Dylan Giolas. Sophia graduated Magna Cum Laude from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a degree in Business Communication and a minor in Special Events Management on December, 2022 and is married to her High School sweetheart Dylan.  Vanessa is in her Junior year at University in Business school studying Marketing and Communication and looking to graduate at the top of her class.

  

For the past several years Bob continues to be involved with the Master’s Rowing Team at Newport Sea Base. Currently he is a volunteer coach to the new Master’s Rowing Team recruits and he continues rowing a racing scull regularly in Newport Harbor before the sunrise.

 

Bob graduated from Corona del Mar High School in 1981 and attended Orange Coast College.  He has been actively working in Real Estate since he was a Junior at Corona Del Mar High School.

Mr. Lurie recently joined TeKoop Properties, Inc. bringing his 20 years of Real Estate Sales and Marketing experience to our company. Mr. Lurie was the “Open House” trainer for Keller Williams Real Estate as well as one of their top producing listing agents. Mr. Lurie as our new team member is active in “Door Knocking” the neighborhoods with our listings. This old technique has proved quite effective in bringing new clients, word of mouth advertising and phenoemenal branding to our company. Many of our open houses have exceeded over 100 people in one day due to this enhanced marketing effort.

He has also been quite effective at creating awareness of the marketplace to his clientale and has produced exceptional results in all areas of the real estate profession.

In addition, Mr. Lurie is quite active at the Humane Society and can be found hands on at their facility on any Monday, he is directly responsible for saving thousands of animals over the past 25 years.
